[A-DX] RNEI#13 AirQSL

Somehow the font on the AirQSL of RNEI#13 was pretty tiny for a SSTV 
image in p4 mode.
The names of the transmitter locations "Rohrbach DE, Florida US, 
Margraten NL" can only be guessed at.

Apparently the WRMI system F now uses the 7780 kHz towards Europe in 
addition to the (previously only) 5850 kHz (beaming to central USA).
(concerning the RNEI / TIAMS time slots)
