vielen Dank für den sehr guten Hinweis!
Ich habe mir die letzte Windows Version von diesem Programm heruntergeladen:

Dieses Programm hatte keine Probleme beim Öffnen dieser xlsx-Datei:

http://www.rhci-online.de/bia13xlsx_mit_Gnumeric_abspeichern.gif

Damit habe ich diese  xlsx-Datei in eine normale xls für Office-XP 
konvertiert.
Zum Schluss habe ich dann nur noch die Schriftart sowie Spaltenbreite + 
Zeilenhöhe optimiert - fertig......

I downloaded the latest Windows-version of this program.

This program did not have any problems opening this xlsx file:

http://www.rhci-online.de/bia13xlsx_mit_Gnumeric_abspeichern.gif

So I converted this xlsx file into a normal xls for Office-XP.
Finally, then I optimized only the font + and column width & the height 
of the lines - finished.....
