[A-DX] NL: MW geöffnet für Sender bis max. 100 Watt

Der niederländische Wirtschaftsminister Henk Kamp hat angekündigt, das
Mittelwellenband für Stationen mit kleiner Leistung bis max. 100 Watt zu
öffnen.

Eine der ersten Stationen, die unter diese Regelung fällt, könnte die ehem.
Piratenstation Atlantis Radio 1521 in Friesland sein. Sie hatten eine
Erlaubnis beantragt und inzwischen einen 75-Watt-AM-Sender angeschafft. Das
Format: Golden Oldies...

1395 : only between sunrise and sunset due to an agreement between The
Netherlands and Albania
1485 : only for 1 Watt stations.
 
Stations can decide about their own transmission times; so stations can
decide to be on the air only a few hours per day..
 
Stations are allowed to repeat their transmissions: 
100 Watts stations can repeat their transmissions with a transmitter at
least 60 km from the first transmitter.
On 1485 the repeating transmitter distance is at least 1 km.
 
On the 11th of May the fee for these transmissions will be published.
