As of right now, the track for Hurricane Dorian may pass somewhere close to
the WRMI transmitter facility north of Okeechobee, FL. As that area is
extremely rural, a storm of the magnitude of Dorian could be devastating.
The many antennas on the 900+ acres could suffer damage, as well as the many
open feed transmission lines. Because WRMI is at the "end of the line" for
both power and the Internet, even if the site survives with less than
anticipated damage, it still may be off the air for an extended time.

Generators for such a facility are prohibitively expensive ( unless you are
the Federal Government ) and not really practical. It will be interesting to
see which direction this storm tracks, as it has changed often during the
past week.
