Das müsste somit auch für die Deutsch-Stunde 1935 bis 2027 UTC gelten?

Dann wäre die Uganda Frequenz zur weiteren Beobachtung frei...

Tashkent:
\\ 11905, aber im Sommer nicht auf der (dritten) Winterfrequenz 9545.
