Du kannst ja mal beim Bernd BFM in Peacewood Homberg anrufen,
vielleicht weiss er näheres.

Er selbst nennt nur einen 15 kW Sender in 53 Grad Azimuth.
4-8 u. 15-19 UT ausser Freitags.

Man beachte die Angaben 125 / 250 kW, wobei dieser SRI Sender dort nie in
die Luft ging.
Und der 15 kW Sender ist immer under-modulated, hat aber einen starken
Carrier und Loud Hum, was alle US Reporter unterstreichen.
Der alte 50 kW RCA tx wurde verkauft, oder zumindest als
Ersatzteillieferant genannt.

Der letzte Hinweis in GH's dxld:
WMLK, 9265.07, *1700-1715+ on Nov 11. Strong carrier but very weak
modulation. English sign-on annts followed by the usual preaching about
Yahweh by Elder Jacob O Meyer.

9265.05  WMLK, at 1945-2101* on Feb 17 [Thu], back on the air after
several weeks silence. Tune-in to the usual Elder Jacob O Meyer talking
about Yahweh teachings. IDs; still announcing "9465" at sign-off. Strong
carrier but weak modulation. Also heard next day, Feb 18 [Fri], at *1600
sign-on. Modulation is always so weak, I don't see how anyone ever hears

9265.04 WMLK barely audible at 1910 Ut. They're never on frequency anymore
and the s-meter never bends, altho' they were always weak here.

USA   WMLK, is scheduled on new 9265, 0500-1000 and 1800-2300 UTC from
Sunday to Friday, to Europe and ME with old 50 kW unit. They still haven't
got the old 250 kW SW tx on the air.

HISTORY:
Two 250 kW txs [of 1966] selled to NoKorea [most probably from
Beromuenster site]. Other 250 kW txs selled to AWR religious broadcaster,
most probably two [of originally four] modern 250 kW units moved from
Schwarzenburg to new built site Argenta on Po river delta in Northern
Italy.

Another 250 kW unit selled now to WMLK in the US. The previous NON-DIR SW
site at Beromuenster, Lenk and Sarnen closed and all SW installations
there went to scrap.[?] ed. (BC-DX 27 Oct 2000 !! )

Interesting information on the Swiss SW txs, about where the txs went to.

Korea D.P.R. and AWR Argenta Italy purchased the used material. New is,
one of the 250 kW txs is seemingly forwarded later to WMLK [International
Shortwave of the Assemblies of Yahweh]. About a year ago the stn was
looking for a 100 kW SW tx.

Nö. Und ich habe auch seit Jahren keine Logmeldung mehr gelesen.
Nicht, daß ich WMLKs Verschwinden für einen beklagenswerten Verlust
hielte, aber die scheinen inaktiv zu sein. Hatten die nicht einen der
250 kW-Sender von SRI abgegriffen?
