The simultaneous transmission of robust modes is a good way to increase 
the information content.
A German phrase says: All good things come in threes ....... ;-)
The image-track perhaps in the best position 1500 Hz, and 2100 Hz and 
900 Hz each have a text-track, I can imagine.
