All DXers of the world are invited to participate in the 8th Russian  
Open DX
Contest, managed this year by me, Dmitry Mezin. Contest dates are  
3-13 March
2006.

Short description follows:

Part 1. Listening to ex-USSR states, as well as to limited number of
stations from aroung the world
Part 2. Listening to Russian broadcasting outlets: both original  
stations
and foreign relays via Russia
Part 3. Quiz of 20 radio-related questions.
