Das liegt wahrscheinlich eher an der verwendeten Hardware. Bei (neueren)
Notebooks von Lenovo gibt es z.B. kein Stereo Mix.

Just an answer in English ( leichter und schneller für mich :-)
When I bougt a HP laptop W8 I found the same problem : no Stereomix.
Stereomix is running the IDT High Definition Audio CODEC driver.
Try to find this for your specific  laptop/notebook. Try to Google on " IDT
High Definition Audio CODEC driver" and the  manufacturers name of your
laptop/notebook.
After I was  running (installing) this for my HP  laptop, I found Stereomix
on my system.
You find this after left click on the microphone ( right down corner) ,
click recorder apparature and choose StereoMix as the standard recorder.
