Hei,
It's: 19:29:30 - 19:59:30. We negotiated using the transmitter assigned 
to KBS 6090kHz while it is free which means it needs to spend time 
moving from 3955 to 6090 for KBS so we've shifted 30 seconds to 
accommodate for that!
