I’m reaching out with some unfortunate news regarding the delivery of your WRTH 2025 bulk order.
 
Our fulfillment house has confirmed that their delivery partner was unable to deliver the WRTH 2025 books to them yesterday, which was the final scheduled day to receive the shipment before they begin their holiday break.
 
We know how much our customers look forward to receiving their copies of WRTH, and I want to personally apologize for this unexpected delay. The books faced some hold-ups in customs due to the logistics of printing in the UK and then shipping to Germany for EU order fulfillment. This step was necessary to ensure seamless customs clearance for all EU deliveries going forward.
 
To provide full transparency: Shipping the books from the UK to Germany has taken longer than anticipated—over 12 days in this case. Customers within the UK or outside the EU (such as in Asia) received their books earlier due to different fulfillment processes in those regions.
 
As all our fulfillment houses are now on holiday until January 2, 2024, we regret that we cannot process EU orders until the first week of January.
 
We deeply regret the inconvenience this has caused and appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.
