 Ja, das ist in der Tat merkwürdig! 
Ich habe folgende Information gefunden : "IRIB Radio Talavat is a popular talk radio station based in Iran, providing its listeners with engaging and informative content. The station's programming includes discussions on current affairs, political issues, social topics, and cultural events that are relevant to the local community"
Die gehörten Gesänge passen eigentlich eher zu Radio Quran.

ID um 1830 UTC war "Sedaye jumuhiriye islamiye Iran, shabakiye Radio Quran".
Mir ist auch nicht ganz klar was es mit Radio Talavat auf sich hat. Die 
Webseite ist nämlich identisch mit jener von Radio Quran:
