Hi Patrick,
I had missed the closure of 4010 kHz. There is something weak with a 
carrier right now, but probably some kind of tx intermod.
I even tried via Dushanbe RMS, but nothing there, either:

Probably also 4820 kHz has stopped, although it could exist, because I 
think it is the same transmitter as 5130 kHz in the evening.
But maybe that has stopped, too. 4820 kHz has been difficult to confirm 
due to Xizang, but it has been slightly off-frequency. I have managed to 
confirm it at sign-off 1230 in mid-winter, but this winter I forgot to 
check. No proper remote receivers in the area.
