Dear Mr. Frank Wenzel,
Thank you very much for your letter and for the appreciation you have expressed regarding our services and facilities.
We are pleased to confirm that the aircraft communications you monitored were indeed associated with QTR27R (Qatar Airways), UAE441, and UAE43P (Emirates), as referenced in your reception report.
For your information, our HF communication service utilizes High Frequency (HF) radio equipment supported by HF Spiral Cone antennas, which are designed to provide reliable long-range aeronautical communications. We are delighted to learn that the performance of our HF facilities was received with such excellent clarity and signal quality in Germany. Your report is a valuable testament to the effectiveness and reliability of our communication infrastructure.
We greatly appreciate the time and effort you devoted to preparing this detailed reception report. Feedback from dedicated radio listeners and aviation communication enthusiasts such as yourself is always welcomed and highly valued by our organization.
On behalf of AirNav Indonesia, we would like to extend our sincere gratitude to you as an HF aeronautical radio listener for the feedback and appreciation you have shared. It is encouraging to know that our services can be monitored and appreciated from such a great distance, and we are honored by your interest in our operations.
Thank you once again for your kind correspondence and support. We wish you continued enjoyment and success in your radio monitoring activities and look forward to receiving any future reception reports you may wish to share with us.
This email is copied to Mr. S. A., Operations Director of AirNav Indonesia; Mr. R. J., Executive Vice President of Air Navigation Control; and Mr. S. J. W., Executive Vice President of Air Navigation Planning, for their information.
