Der Genosse Kim Jong Il hat einen ziemlich vollen Terminkalender, z.B. April 19-21, 2004: Kim Jong Il, general secretary of the Workers' Party of Korea and chairman of the National Defence Commission of the DPRK, paid an unofficial visit to the People's Republic of China at the invitation of Hu Jintao, general secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and president of the People's Republic of China. Kim was accompanied by Chief of KPA General Staff Kim Yong Chun who is member of the DPRK National Defence Commission, Pak Pong Ju, premier of the DPRK Cabinet, Yon Hyong Muk, vice-chairman of the NDC of the DPRK, and Kang Sok Ju, first vice-minister of Foreign Affairs. Kim met with Hu Jintao in Beijing on April 19. Also present at the meeting were Zeng Qinghong, vice-president of the PRC who is member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the C.C., CPC, Wang Gang, alternate member of the Political Bureau of the C.C., CPC and member of the Secretariat of its Central Committee, Tang Jiaxuan, member of the State Council, Wang Jiarui, head of the International Liaison Department of the C.C., CPC and Dai Bingguo, vice-minister of Foreign Affairs, from the Chinese side. During his visit to China, Kim also met with Jiang Zemin, chairman of the Central Military Commission of the CPC and chairman of the Central Military Commission of the PRC, Wu Bangguo, member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the C.C., CPC and chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, Wen Jiabao, member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the C.C., CPC and premier of the State Council, Jia Qinglin, member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the C.C., CPC and chairman of the National Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and Zeng Qinghong, member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the C.C., CPC and vice-president of the PRC.
