BULGARIA / "SUDAN." Per Al Muick, Miraya Radio will officially inaugurate their SW b/cs this Thursday, Oct 25, at 1500-1800 UTC on 9825 kHz. This is brokered by IRRS/NEXUS in Italy, but I would guess that the xmtrs are in Bulgaria, which is said to be the locus of most (all?) IRRS xmsns. Not a good time for N.Am rcpn.
