Hier ist eine offizielle Stellungnahme eines Eton-Technikers (stammt aus
der Eton-Gruppe bei Yahoo):


The G1 is identical to the E1, it does not have a ferrite bar
antenna. For AM reception it uses the telescopic antenna. A ferrite
bar antenna cannot be built into this product because of interference
it gets from the LCD.
