Pakistan will change their local time in November 2008
from DXAsia News, Aug 29, 2008 (23 hours ago)

The government of Pakistan has decided to postpone the change of local
timings untill the first week of November - so VOA Urdu service will
continue to use the present timings and frequencies till the end of A08
schedule period.
The current schedule is :
MW 972 1539 kHz is available at 1300-0100 hrs.
SW service 0000-0100 on 7135 11755 kHz.
SW service 1300-1400 on 9340 15795 kHz.
