Solomon Islands, 5018.4, SIBC, (pres), 0927-1000,  Noted a male in Pidgin
language comments.  Between comments music presented.  Signal was
just weak enough where it was very difficult to make out the details. More
comments and music ensue during the period.  Signal was poor.
