We are located on the West coast of Ireland, in Co. Mayo.

We are using a 70w valve transmiter (GU-50) built by hand in the UK. The 
antenna is an Inverted V, elivated 80ft from ground. the mast also supports 
an inverted L antenna for 1251KHz, and a local wifi network.

I have been involved with priate radio over 10 years, i loved the idea of 
listening to a signal wondering were it came from, AM always appealed to me 
more than FM.

We Intend to broadcast from Friday mornings to Monday evenings, at the 
moment we are testing our transmitter for 24/7 operation as we had some 
problems with it a few weeks ago and required some repair work.
