                 Chinese Firedrake[!] music, and RFA Tinian in
                 Mandarin Chinese, both also S=9+20dB.
           11850 Voice of Africa Sabrata in Hausa from 1900-2000 UT,
                 S=9+25dB. Adjacent 11845 is free, 11855 signal from
                 Ascension YFR in Yoruba, S=6 fair signal.
