"The new software version will be named 3.0Beta.

3.0 because it has been generated with a new compiler (Microsoft Visual Studio 2008). Beta because I've made a lot of modifications to the internal logic, maybe not evident to users, which could require some feedback and performance tune.
Now I'm adding some CAT commands to the VCOM interface and in few days the new version will be available on our website.

No WWW button will be active yet, sorry. Not for technical difficulties (someone here in Italy already had the occasion to see a remote Perseus receiver in action even using a simple mobile phone used the network interface) but simply because in the meanwhile I preferred to give precedence to other more amazing developments."
