Most remarkable: No signal on 594, so Pleven either goes off until 2100
UT (had no opportunity to check earlier in the day so far) or, which is
more likely of course, has been shut down. Practically 594 is at night a
dead frequency here now, on usual radios only a mess of some carriers
can be made out, at times not even this.

1224, which has pretty faint modulation, goes off at 2200 UT. Last night
Iran quite nicely emerged from the Spanish mess this frequency otherwise
is.

1161: Probably all three transmitters are still on air, in fade peaks
there appear to be even three transmitters, with the prominent one
(which would be Stara Zagora) being the one with the second-longest
delay. But this could be a deception.

And indeed 261 is still on air, too, quite weak but // 1161, so no doubt
indeed the Vakarel transmitter. Both 261 and 1161 stay on air beyond
2200 UT.

Next step will be to search for more details, since the initial
announcements were obviously not correct.

By the way, the project to sell the Bulgarian transmitter network to
Österreichische Rundfunksender GmbH finally fell through:
