Hallo Liste, hello Glenn,

VON 15120 untraced this week in the mornings except occasional carrier with a
typical hum. This morning, Aug 31., active from 0600 to 0800+ with many short
breaks and variable signal strength and audio. The usual programming in English
and French. Probably testing with different settings/powers?
