Sehr merkwürdig die Anfrage von Kim Elliott auf meinen letzten 
Empfangsbericht::

Hat der denn wirklich noch Nichts von den SDR-Möglichkeiten gehört? Bei 
mir sind es ja nur bescheidene 12kHz Bandbreite, die ich aufnehmen kann.
Soll ja Leute geben, die recorden gleich mal die ganze Mittelwelle auf 
Hard Disk.......oder das Tropenband......

Ich hoffe ja, meine Antwort war so halbwegs verständlich:

(Some SDR receiver can record 3 MHz and more bandwidth to disk, for me

For 30 minutes at 12 kHz are ~ 350 MB *​​. wav ..."

Und zur Geschichte mit:  Zuerst in USB dekodieren, danach noch einmal 
die gleiche Aussendung in LSB:

Well, if someone sends the same twice in AM / DSB............... then 
you should use this opportunity .......
If there are disturbances in a side band, then you can resort to the 
contents of the other area .....
A really high error protection against selective fading........



Na ja, und dann hatte ich noch ein bisschen gewitzelt, das die VoA jetzt 
quasi digital sendet, ohne sich dafür extra neue Sender kaufen zu 
müssen..... ;-)
