Iranian Embassy in Azerbaijan issues statement on "The Voice of Talyshistan" radio broadcast in Shusha

Baku – APA. Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Azerbaijan has issued a statement on the start of "The Voice of Talyshistan" radio broadcast in Shusha by the Karabakh separatists on March 20, press service of the Embassy told APA.

 The statement says that Iran recognizes the territorial integrity of Azerbaijan and is against an activity that may be detrimental to its independence: “Some Iranian citizens, who are against their country, are working for many mass media outlets of the world and activities of such persons in "The Voice of Talyshistan" radio station does not mean that they are related to Iran.”
 
According to some Azerbaijani media outlets, the linguistic analysis of conversational styles of broadcasters gives ground to believe that they are the Talysh living in Iran. It is supposed that the Talysh who are citizens of Iran are working for the radio.
