SRI LANKA   13725  "Song of India" moves to SW from Nov 1st.
"Saturday November 1st, 2014 we are leaving MW 1125 kHz and moving to
13725 kHz."

"From November 1st, 2014 "Song of India" will have a frequency change for
India. The new frequency will be 13725 kHz the time will be 1258 to 1358
UT. This should also propagate to Europe."

RRI Bucharest Arabic left 13720 by 13560 kHz instead, so Victor decided to
select 13725 kHz, 5 kHz up to avoid 500 kW powerhouse AIR Bangalore
