Here are two series of carrier-screenshots this morning between 0600 - 
0700z.     Radio Farda - Biblis - 15690 kHz - skip zone Southern Saxony 
Anhalt,    O = 3-
Mixed scatter signals with frequency shift.       "normal backscatter" + 
additional meteor scatter bursts of the Perseids.

Persian via Perseids, but not with Perseus.       ;-)
