Hi Per,

thanks for your comments on Mestor. Yes, the reliability of Mestor
that was expressed on many websites was one of the primary reasons I
chose it. But in my particular setting it obviously did not perform
well, although I really tried to find the reason why.

Mauno, I also used Station List more than a year ago. I used it for a
few weeks, but also, in my particular setting, there were quite a few
crashes and unexplainable reactions, so I also classified it as not
usable for me. I use an old, but quite high quality laptop Sony VGN
Z41, which works pretty good with XP, so nothing special with regard
to hard- and software that would explain that.

Anyway, I will try HDSDR for the next weeks (today, I was very excited
to see the performance fo that program!) and see how that works, with
all your help I have some more alternatives to choose, if HDSDR should
not work for me ;-) (eg. PRS)
