At 01.30z KBC is sole user is on this frequency       (23.00-24.00z 
CCI/Co-channel interference  with Romania,   01:00 to 01:30z CCI with BBC)
So a decoding in Olivia 64-2K  was not a major challenge for FLDIGI,  
100 miles away. .....
