Please be advised that  Marconi Radio International will be on the air
  today *Tuesday, 2 May, from 1700 to 2000 UTC on 7700 kHz  (alternative
7690 kHz) USB Mode.*



Reception reports with audio clips (mp3-file) are welcome and confirmed by
QSL verification. Some lucky listeners will ALSO receive our printed QSL

*PS*: In the A-17 period, until 29 October 2017, MRI is on the air as
follows: On Tuesdays, from 17.00 to 20.00 UTC on 7700 kHz (Alternative
7690) USB Mode, with a power of 100 watts. Please be advised that our
schedule is liable to change and additional broadcasts can be aired
occassionaly. As usual, when this occurs, a circular message is being sent
to all listeners in our mailing list as wel asl shortwave community.



Our broadcasts include some kind of programmes now sadly missing from most
shortwave radio stations: a weekly old style DX show in English “Italian
Short Wave Panorama” (there is also the Italian version called “Panorama
Onde Corte”) with lot of recent logs  as well as  a mailbag show in Italian
(“Casella Postale Elettronica”) on air on the first Tuesday of each month,
with repeats during the following transmissions in the same month. Our
station identification announcements are not only in English and Italian
but also in French, German, Japanese, Romanian, Spanish and Catalan.



Our DX shows “Italian Short Wave Panorma” and “Panorama Onde Corte”
can also be heard  throughout IBC, Italian Broadcasting Corporation, using
transmitter facilities of WRMI, in Okeechobee Florida in the USA, Radio
Channel 292, in Rohrbach Waal (6070 kHz) in Germany, and Radio Studio X
(1584 kHz), in Pistoia, Italy. For more details, including times and

*PS:* MRI nel corso del periodo A-17 ovvero fino al *29 ottobre 2017 *sarà
in onda  *regolarmente il martedì, dalle 1700 alle 2000 UTC  su 7700 kHz
(In alternativa 7690 kHz) USB. *E’ probabile che ulteriori trasmissioni
vengano effettuate anche in altri giorni ed orari. Come è nostra abitudine,
quando questo si verificherà,  non mancheremo di avvisare i nostri
ascoltatori e i vari appassionati dell’ascolto delle onde corte con un
apposito messaggio di posta elettronica.



Le nostre trasmissioni consistono principalmente di programmi ormai quasi
del tutto scomparsi dai palinsesti delle emittenti in onde corte come 
*“Italian
Short Wave Panorama”, * un programma DX (in inglese),  vecchio stile, con
tante segnalazioni di ascolto recenti, a cui si è aggiunto la versione
italiana *“Panorama Onde Corte”*, e  *“Casella Postale Elettronica”* (in
Italiano) la rubrica di contatto con  gli ascoltatori, in onda ogni primo
martedì del mese e replicato in tutte le trasmissioni dello stesso mese.



I nostri annunci di identificazione oltre che in Inglese e Italiano sono
diffusi anche in Catalano, Francese, Giapponese, Romeno, Spagnolo e
Tedesco. “Panorama Onde Corte”  ed “Italian Shortwave Panorama“ sono
  ascoltabili anche attraverso IBC Italian Broadcasting Corporation, in vari
giorni ed orari, che utilizza i ben più potenti impianti trasmittenti di
Radio Channel 292 da Rohrbach Waal in Germania, WRMI da Okeechobee
(Florida) negli USA e Radio Studio X da Pistoia in Toscana. Per maggiori
