Also the propagation of the 9400 kHz is becoming increasingly worse for 
larger areas in southeastern Europe.
In a relatively small area, there is a high difference in RF field 
strength from very good to: unusable.
Even a reduction of the wpm would not be effective here, only a 
reduction of the frequency, for winter operation....
