So, nach intensiver Recherche konnte ich die Station nun identifizieren. 
Das von mir gehörte "Motores 12-70" war ein Programmhinweis auf die 
sonntägliche Sendung dieses Namens auf LS11 Radio Provincia de Buenos 
Aires ARG.
