*Kodia are testing a new transmitter tonight on 3945.* As a temporary 
measure they are using only 2.5 kw.

During the day they may *pop up on 5040 and 7260.*

They hope to have a full service commence this sometime month.

Sig S9 +5dB with moderate QSB on a full wave vertical delta loop maritime antenna.  Similar on the Kiwi SDR with its receive delta loop.
