The internet is blocked in Iran. Apropos, this weekend, Shortwave 
Radiogram will transmit Persian text via shortwave.

The first broadcast of the weekend is today (UTC Friday) 0030-0100 UTC 
on 9265 kHz from WINB Pennsylvania,

".....With the internet shutdown in Iran is in the news, this weekend 
Shortwave Radiogram will transmit an excerpt of Persian text,
from a Deutsche Welle Persian news article about waste  created by food 
packaging in Germany.
You will need the UTF-8 character set for the Persian, but these are the 
default in  Fldigi and TIVAR.
