Hello friends, 
In recent days I had the opportunity to listen here in Southeast Brazil,
with a regular signal: 
. Southern European Russia Caspian Sea Coastal Radio Beacon. 10872.1 kHz CW,
Beacon 'A', Astrakhan; 
. Russian Black Sea Coastal Beacon 'D', 10871.7 kHz CW, Sevastopol; and, 
. Russian Naval Air Station, Caspian Flotilla, Astrakhan, 4979 kHz CW. 
I have information ready to send to these stations in order to a
verification. 
I am not sure about the addresses to which I should send them (for each
situation). I ask your help if I should send information via email, or to
postal mail (address and contact name if possible).
