1822z FJFJ: reported elsewhere: "In a completely unexpected move the 
Danish authorities have withdrawn permission to use out of band 
frequencies (on a non interference basis) for World Music Radio (WMR)."
1822z FJFJ: "This means that WMR will be ceasing operations on 5840am 
and 15805am tomorrow Sunday September 15th at 2200z"
