Last Friday there was an offset of 301 Hz at RNEI#03 via Unique Radio 
Australia, but that was intentional.
Such an USB transmitter has damn little bass, but Roseanna reached into 
the bag of tricks:

Even if the USB transmitter (from Unique Radio) had got an unstable 
frequency drift, the synchronization with the reference marker would 
always have resulted in a correct AF, in which case no manual 
fine-tuning would be required.
