This minus 1000 Hertz pitch seemingly occured only on the Brisbane
and the Marahau posts, clearly visible on Perseus and KIKIsdr screen.

Checked at present 3 x NZL and 3 x AUS units remotedly in SDR.hu net.

for example mostly S=7 -84dBm signal
http://vk2aak.ddns.net:8073/

or
http://kiwisdr.northlandradio.nz:8073/

S=9 -72dBm strong at Marahau, Tasman District

VANUATU 2485even kHz - likely VBTC Port Vila light English entertainment
music of the past half decade, noted on remote Perseus SDR rx
at Brisbane Australia, at 16.45 UT on March 1st.
S=6-7 or -89dBm signal measured so far.

But some high whistle tone also observed,
but only on the lower frequency flank,
minus 1000 Hertz on 2484 kHz. Origin ?

VANUATU. 7260, R. Vanuatu, 0540-0659* UT, Feb 29. Anomaly, with extended
broadcast; observed normally going off at 0630*; 0540-0629, with non-stop
chatting in vernacular, except for a few pop songs; 0629, IDs and program of
very entertaining Pacific Islands music/songs; promo in English for the
upcoming concert of the South African group "Soweto Gospel Choir"; suddenly
off. My audio of IDs and five minutes of their nice music, at
