!! missing:  <meta charset="utf-8"/>  in HTML-code
The entire text-content of FLDIGI is necessarily in UTF-8
This should be included in each transmitted HTML header, to exclude 
misunderstandings. (especially in eQSLs with names of DXers containing 
many special characters ..... ;-)
