For hobbyists who do not know this program, here is the decoded data

Despite the distribution only via shortwave there are "stereo versions" 
existing.
Here is a short sequence of a 5850 kHz WRMI recording, which an 
Australian hobby friend has created with a self-programmed DSP engine:
(received via KIWI-SDR in South Nevada, melody seems familiar to me 
somehow...  ;-)
