Ja, stimmt.  In Zusammenhang mit Recherchen zu seinen Programmen bin ich
vor einiger Zeit auch schon hier gelandet:

Many thanks to SWLing Post contributor, Bill Hemphill (WD9EQD), who
shares the following announcement he originally discovered via reddit
user   "fastradioburst23".
https://www.reddit.com/r/shortwave/comments/k58jla/notice_of_ktms_winter_test_transmission/
"....KTMS is located in the US but we are using the services of a major
European relay to beam our signal to Europe and the USA. We will
broadcast radio related transmissions as and when we feel like it. Our
first test transmission has the loose theme of "Interval Signals". First
and foremost we are radio connoisseurs, amateurs, swls, community radio
programmers and lovers of all things radio. KTMS is thus a project whose
chief aim is to spread and share the love of radio to any listeners who
happen to catch our transmissions."

By the time and frequency chosen for this broadcast it appears to be
scheduled for broadcast by Channel 292, a German shortwave broadcaster
that books brokered programming. Channel 292 transmits with a relatively
low power of 10 KW from Rohrbach/Waal, Germany (about 53 km north of
Munich).
The chances of 10 KW reaching me on the US West Coast at 2300 UTC are
slim but you never know with DX.
I don't know why producers of radio programs want to pretend to be
shortwave broadcast stations.

Rainer has added directional aerials now so maybe it's more feasible?

Yes, if the real station isn’t aware or part of it. Also, these guys
seem to pretend to be KMTS and KTMS.

Will you have QSL cards? 🙏🏻

We will if someone figures out who to send them to. That is part of the
fun of the Mystery Transmission Station.

also:
KMTS  = Mystery Transmission Station
KTMS  = Kearsarge Mountain Transmitting Service
KMRT  =  äh, keine Ahnung. Vielleicht "Mystery Radio Transmitter" ??   ;-)
KDUB  =  das steht für die Musikrichtung
