[A-DX] Faröer off air?

Im Chatt von der MW-Cicle hat OM Steve Whitt gerade die Faröer Off air 
gemeldet.

531 kHz

"There was a report a few days ago on our Facebook page that reported 
Faroes OFF 531kHz.
  I’ve been trying see if they are back on air,  using various Kiwi-SDRs 
in Iceland, Norway, Scotland and Ireland.
I’ve not heard anything that sounds like them. Even though power is now 
supposedly 10kW (as opposed to previous 200kW) a signal should get out 
even during daytime on this low frequency.
Does anyone have more details?
