Work continues to improve the reliablility of EasyDRF in difficult 
shortwave conditions.

A new scheme is being developed for EasyDRF, where the header is 
appended to the start of the file before RS coding and transmission. 
This should ensure the header and the file both decode successfully. 
Unfortunately, this will not be compatible with EasyPal, or any other 
program.
