LSB приёмника, способного настроиться на частоту 4300 kHz, а также любой желающий с помощью одного из сетевых приемников, работающих по технологии WEBSDR (websdr.org). Для раскодирования изображения достаточно воспользоваться мобильными приложениями (для Android – Robot36, для iPhone – SSTV Slow Scan TV) или приложением для ПК (MMSSTV). Нагревный стенд СУРА будет работать на частоте 4300 kHz в модуляции LSB с максимально возможной мощностью в периоды 11:00 — 12:00 МСК (08:00 — 09:00 UTC), 16:00 — 17:00 МСК (13:00 — 14:00 UTC). В указанные периоды работы стенда в эфир будет передаваться изображение в различных режимах телевидения с медленной разверткой (slow-scan television, SSTV).
