[A-DX] Station auf 15185 kHz

Ich habe gerade bei HFU eine "Suchmeldung" gefunden.Wer hat Infos / eine Idee dazu.

I ask for help to identify a broadcaster that broadcastsevery day from 16:00 to 16:30 on the frequency of 15185 Khz.

The broadcast is presumably in African language.
There are no presentation jingles or music of any kind just spoken between oneor cue people.
The signal is very strong S + 30 / + 40 [-25 / -40 dBm].
The issuer is not listed in any database that I know of or in any blog.
