HELLO EUROPE! - 15770 kHz is back on the air, finally, after Hurricane 
Ian damaged the transmission lines.  The regular schedule is 1100-0000 
UTC daily, but we might extend the schedule somewhat in the coming days.
Our next targets are 21525, 5850, 7570 and 7780 kHz.  We hope that some 
of these will be back on the air next week.  So stay tuned!
