Serhiy Silkin, a soldier from Frankivsk, a former employee of Suspilny,

Serhiy Silkin was born on July 17, 1994 in Ivano-Frankivsk. In July 
2013, he got a job as a sound engineer at ODTRK "Karpaty". In October 
2015, Serhii was drafted into the army, where he served until April 
2017. After the service, he returned to "Suspilne" and worked for the 
company until September 2021.

Council reissued the license of the National Public Television and Radio 
Company of Ukraine in connection with the change of the logo from "TRK 
Karpaty" to "UA: KARPATI".
On May 23, 2022, in connection with the renewal of the NSTU brand design 
system, the television and radio company changed its name to "Public 
Ivano-Frankivsk".

"Suspilne Ivano-Frankivsk" is a Ukrainian regional public TV channel 
that speaks on the territory of the Ivano-Frankivsk region.
