Hactung/Attenzione/Attention!

At the age of 58 I am still sane and I don't use alcohol or synthetic hallucinogens: the station I heard was on 1584 kHz (not reported anywhere, so perhaps it's a new frequency) and not 1593 kHz. Attached link with video (I heard this station again today around 1550 UTC on 1584 kHz!).

Ja, mit der richtigen Frequenz wäre das Rätsel schnell gelöst gewesen.
In Salzburg auf 1593 gegen 07 UT mit S7 zu hören, leichtes QRM durch Romania Actualitati aus Constanța.
