We now want to summarise very slowly: 

If you listen with your Perseus to a bandwidth of 14 (!!!) kHz on 1584 kHz as seen in the video, then I am not surprised that you hear three channels at the same time. And one signal is clearly on 1593 Kolozsvari Radio. I hear exactly the same signal with the normal setting of my SDR here on 1593 - but not on 1584 kHz.


Wir wollen nun ganz langsam zusammenfassen: 
Wenn du mit deinem Perseus einer Bandbreite von 14 (!!!) kHz wie im Video zu sehen auf 1584 kHz hörst dann wundert es mich, nicht dass man hier gleichzeitig drei Kanäle hört. Und ein Signal davon ist ganz klar auf 1593 Kolozsvari Radio. Genau das gleiche Signal höre ich mit normaler Einstellung meines SDR hier auf 1593 - aber nicht auf 1584 kHz.
